Teppanyaki

One of the restaurants at our Dominican resort was a Japanese tappanyaki restaurant called Mikado where they cook your dinner right in front of you on an iron plate. The chef cooked us rice, eggs, assorted vegetables, chicken, beef, and shrimp. He performed a show for us, like juggling utensils and other tricks.
